This stem connector can be used with a short low pressure hose as seen in the above picture..
These short hoses can be made up for you by any good scuba shop. The connector screws onto the hose end that would normally be joined to a first stage. The usual ‘quick’ connection then joins onto the pod.
Once you have fitted whatever stem (subject to it having a standard thread) you wish to the unused end of the connector, your existing low pressure hose will now work with the pod.
It has been found that for most UK divers, their dry suit LP hose normally will fit the pod directly.
